The hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of the city with great views to the cathedral. The rooms were nice and super comfy, but the thin doors with gaps under them could be a downside. The service was kind and informative, even though sometimes a bit distracted. The dining experience was very poor with stale bread and unsatisfactory options. The hotel has more beds, making it a top-class choice.
My stay was awesome overall. The rooms were big, clean, and comfy, but a bit too warm due to facing the Main Street of Santa Marta, which can get quite loud with beeping and shouting. The service provided was top-notch, from offering city information to even keeping our luggage for a few days while we went on a trekking tour.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really clean and cute, but mine was quite tiny with a dark internal window. The service was a bit inconsistent, with excellent staff but some issues with responsiveness. The location was absolutely perfect at the city center with great views, but the dining left a lot to be desired. However, the facilities were splendid overall.
